What is Governance?
Governance is the system by which our charity is directed and managed. Our board of trustees is responsible for setting our strategic direction, ensuring we comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and managing our resources effectively

Regulatory Compliance
The Fund is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered with The Charity Commission for England and Wales (Registered Charity No. 1211936). We comply with the Charity Governance Code. See here for our entry on the Charity Commission Register.
Our Governing Document
Our charity is managed according to its Constitution. This document outlines our charitable objects (see clause 3), who runs the charity, and how decisions are made.
